Color Matching System

The core mechanic of Color Crash is matching colors. Your car has a primary color (red, blue, green, or yellow), and you need to collect orbs of the same color to score points. Each matching orb earns you 100 base points, plus any combo bonus. Collecting different colored orbs will slow you down by 50% for 2 seconds and break your combo multiplier. Drive through color gates to switch your car's color and match different orbs. The color gates are strategically placed throughout each track, often before sections with large groups of a specific color orb. Learning to anticipate which color you'll need next is key to maximizing your score.

Combo System

Collecting matching orbs in quick succession builds up your combo multiplier. The combo starts at 1x and increases by 0.5x for every 5 consecutive matching orbs collected, up to a maximum of 10x. This means that at maximum combo, each orb is worth 1000 points! To maintain your combo, you need to collect at least one matching orb every 3 seconds. If you miss or collect a wrong color, your combo resets to 1x. The combo bar at the top of the screen shows your current multiplier and how many more orbs you need to reach the next level. Timing is crucial for maximizing your score - try to anticipate color patterns and plan your routes accordingly.

Obstacles and Hazards

Each track is filled with obstacles like spikes that damage your car, moving barriers that block your path, and colored walls that will change your car's color unexpectedly. There are also oil slicks that make your car slide uncontrollably for a short period, and teleporters that instantly move you to another part of the track. Learn to navigate these hazards while maintaining your color strategy for maximum points. Some obstacles can be used to your advantage - for example, using a teleporter might place you near a cluster of matching orbs, or crashing through a barrier might reveal a shortcut.
